TERMS OF SERVICE

ORDERING / PROCEDURE

  • All clients must abide by my terms when ordering or your request will be terminated.

  • For any inquiries regarding a commission, please contact me via my service email.

  • Specify the type of commission you'll be getting and other crucial info about your order.

  • Be as specific as possible and make sure to provide clear visual references.

  • All requests can be rightfully declined or canceled if I'm uninterested in working with you.

  • You can only order 2 commissions at the same time.

  • Commissions slots cannot be reserved.

PAYMENT

  • I only accept payments via Paypal.

  • Ko-Fi and Patreon payments are considered support / donations will not be considered a form of payment for commissions.

  • Only pay when I confirm you can.

  • No refunds whatsoever after purchase, unless under the circumstance that your commission could not be finished.

  • Tips are not necessary but appreciated :)

PROGRESS

  • Be patient. Most commissions can take up to a few weeks. The more detailed the request is, the longer it'll take ; the simpler the commission is, the quicker it'll be done.

  • If you want anything to be changed, please have it corrected prior to the rendering stage.

  • Don't ask for progress until I've sent you an initial sketch. I will keep you updated throughout the process.

  • Your commission could be delayed at any time. I don't work in a particular order.

LICENSING

  • Don't repost / repurpose / distribute without permission.

  • All commission pieces are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Eg. profile pictures, wallpapers, and social media layouts, as long as it isn't profitable.

  • Don't claim the commission as your own. As the artist, I still have the rights to all my artworks, including commissions.

  • Any form of credit is appreciated.

  • If you have any questions or something is unclear, please state them in your inquiry.

Can I use your art for my profile picture?
Of course :) As long as I'm credited and no theft is involved, all of my art can be used for PERSONAL use, unless stated otherwise.

What are your policies on reposting?
As long as I'm credited properly, I don't mind my work being repurposed for educational reasons such as referencing. However, I do not condemn reposting / reselling them for your own personal gains unless authorized. Such as associating them with AI, or the blockchain. (NFTs)

Do you offer your services?
Yes. I can do commissions as well and other freelance related work given that I'm interested in working with you.

How do I contact you?
You can speak to me through my business email if you have any inquiries or something you'd like to ask of me. If you are looking into ordering a commission while my commissions are closed, you will be ignored.

Can I reference your work?
Depends. On most cases, of course, as long as it's not directly tracing my work. I'd appreciate it if credit could be given.
